It  also  is rich with flavenoids which is a substance that may help prevent things like stroke, heart disease and diabetes. Can you imagine a proportionate amount of diabetes keeping you from getting diabetes. :>)

2. Red Wine – It is very true that one glass of red wine is definitely good to have per day.
